Assistant Professor (Non-Tenure Track), Department of Neurosurgery (03-318-021):
The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is actively recruiting a full-time Board eligible/Board Certified neurosurgeon with specific interests in neurotrauma and spinal disorders.
Candidates should be eligible for an unrestricted license in the State of Maryland and have completed fellowship-level training in complex and/or minimally invasive spine surgery. This position requires a medical degree from a recognized accredited domestic university (or foreign equivalent), a strong commitment to patient care, clear and focused research interests, and demonstrated excellence in teaching and ability to work effectively within a team setting.
Expected rank for this position will be Assistant Professor, however, final rank and tenure status will be commensurate with selected candidate’s experience.
