The Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering (www.me.gatech.edu) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Mechanical Engineering Applicants will be considered at all ranks. Applications will be entertained in any of the School’s research areas with an emphasis on interdisciplinary activities in Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Nuclear and Radiological Engineering, Advanced Materials, Bioengineering, AI/Machine Learning, and autonomous and robotic systems.   Those applying for Associate and Full Professor positions should have established records in research that demonstrates nationally and internationally recognized expertise. Industrial experience is desirable, but not required. Candidates are expected to teach and mentor a diverse student body. Along with undergraduate and graduate teaching, each position requires a balance of research and service responsibilities.
