Position Summary:

Under general supervision and in the absence of Food Service Manager, this position will lead the operations of the Babcock Hall Dairy Store. Will oversee food preparation, presentation and customer service. Is responsible for providing cross coverage and overseeing operations between the Dairy Store and Dairy Plant. Assist in the training and development of part time staff to achieve the same professional standards throughout the store.

2-4 years food service experience preferred. Excellent oral/written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as a team member.
