Resident Success Specialist
Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the position of Resident Success Specialist (Student Services Program Coordinator I) in University Housing. Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position will serve within University Housing’s Resident Success Team.
Duties include, but are not limited to: serving as a full-time staff; responsible for the administrative and logistical components of student employment to include receiving application materials and reviewing for completion; completing and submitting hiring paperwork; ensuring separation procedures are followed; and providing administrative support to University Housing staff in support of multiple functional areas.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required. Knowledge of housing and conduct database software is preferred. Must have a valid state driver’s license. A successful candidate will possess knowledge of principles and procedures of office administration; working knowledge of University policies and procedures and human resource system practices; strong computer skills; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; and ability to comprehend and implement complex oral and written instruction(s). Additionally, successful candidate must possess the ability to handle highly confidential information, multiple tasks and regular interruptions; competence in primary computer applications, social media, database management, and attention to detail in administrative responsibilities; must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have strong administrative skills.
