Tutors support the mission of the Division for Academic Success by providing students with academic support in a professional manner. Tutors facilitate small group sessions for students enrolled in health sciences programs on the MCV campus.
This position is not benefits eligible. Our need is within the Pre-Med Cert Program, primarily Physiology
Required Qualifications
• Must be a current student or recent graduate from the program of course(s) interested in serving as tutoring with recommendations from the academic department in which the course is being taught
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, patient and professional
• Able to virtually via Zoom/Skype/etc. in the evenings, days, weekends
