Husson University's College of Science and Humanities invites
applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position in
Exercise Science to begin in fall 2021. This re-posted listing is
to meet the needs of a new and rapidly growing program, with
approximately 100 students starting the program each year.
Candidates interested in this position should have interest in
being part of developing an effective and meaningful program that
successfully advances students to pursing graduate interests or
professional placement. This Exercise Science position will
complement existing programmatic expertise among faculty in the
Department of Science within the College of Science and Humanities,
which also offers undergraduate degrees in Health Sciences and
Biology, with concentrations available in Biochemistry and
Environmental Science. The Exercise Science program is offered in
2-tracks and serves students in preparation of the Doctorate of
Physical Therapy Program as well as a professional development
track.Husson University is a private institution of approximately
3500 undergraduate and graduate students located in Bangor, Maine.
