PLACEMENT : Clerical Grade 6
MINIMUM PAY RATE : $16.23 per hour

Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY

This position serves as the initial contact for students and parents providing general interpretation, advising and resolution of problems with their financial aid eligibility. Position will be cross trained and may work within the Financial Aid Office and/or Veterans Resource Center, based upon the needs of the office

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide information to students, parents, and staff concerning all aspects of financial aid/veterans via telephone, e-mail, fax and in person.
2. Schedule appointments for financial aid/Veterans staff.
3. Determine what documentation is required from the student, verify student files are complete, and insure that all documents are tracked into Ellucian Colleague.
4. Scan all documents that are submitted to the Financial Aid/Veterans Office into the ImageNow Software.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory of all FA/Veterans forms
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
