Dean - Greensboro Campus

The Dean of the Greensboro Campus is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Greensboro Campus facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: directing campus operations and facilities; directing student discipline and deportment and serving as Campus Student Conduct Officer; ensuring campus safety and security; serving as an advocate for physical, employee and student needs; and serving as an ambassador of the college to the Greensboro community. Incumbent is expected to work extensively within the Greensboro community building relationships and partnerships that promote college offerings and activities. The position requires periodic evening and weekend availability to oversee campus activities. Incumbent serves on College committees as assigned.

Education Required

- A Master's Degree in education, administration, or in a related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution. - Attain and maintain appropriate National Incident Management System (NIMS) certifications

Education Preferred

- A Doctorate in education, administration, or in a related field is preferred from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution.

Experience Required

- 3 to 5 years comprehensive experience in administration and supervision of education programs and personnel or business management equivalent.
