Job Description:

Lesley seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will work closely with the digital marketing team and university stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities. The specialist is responsible for project implementation of a range of digital activities, with a focus on driving continual improvements in web content, functionality, the user experience, web traffic, inquiries, and student applications.

The selected individual, reporting to the Assistant Director - Content Strategy, will develop and execute website enhancements for lesley.edu; implement a broad range of initiatives involving online properties, with a focus on driving continual, incremental improvements in site traffic, inquiries, and applications; work with vendors and developers to assess and resolve technical problems and improve functionality; create custom landing environments tailored to meet campaign objectives; develop strategies and processes to improve campaign effectiveness to maximize inquiries and conversions; leverage analytics and make data-driven decisions for campaign development; work with the creative team on the visual representation of Lesley's digital properties, ensuring adherence to visual identity standards across digital properties; and analyze website traffic statistics to inform decisions.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will 3-5 years' experience managing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and writing for the web and social media; experience with content management systems, preferably Drupal; experience managing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns; a proven record of quantitative and analytical expertise, creative problem-solving skills and strategic execution; strong knowledge of best practices for search engine optimization (SEO); experience working with email marketing and/or customer relationship management (CRM) programs; excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment; and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
