Summary

Neuroradiology Faculty Position

Baylor College of Medicine, in the heart of the world renown Texas Medical Center in Houston Texas, has an opening for a fellowship trained Neuroradiologist at the Assistant or Associated Professor level interested in practicing in private and academic settings. Applicants must be board certified in Radiology and eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas.

Job Duties

Private practice responsibilities include providing diagnostic services and performing minor spine procedures at the St. Luke's Medical Center-McNair campus, remote coverage of 3 community hospitals and of an outpatient imaging clinic. The McNair campus, east of the Texas Medical Center, promises to be one of the finest clinical, educational and research facilities in the state of Texas and in the country.

The position also provides an exciting opportunity to interact and educate 48 residents (36 diagnostic and 12 ESIR's) and 3 Neuroradiology fellows at Ben Taub General Hospital one of Houston's primary trauma and stroke center. The position also includes occasional overnight supervision of residents and during weekend days. Research opportunities are available as well at Baylor and other institutions in the Texas Medical Center.

M.D. and licensed by the Texas Medical Board
