Purpose of Position

The Opioid-Impacted Family Support Program ( OIFSP ) Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the experiential programs for the OIFS Program. This position will train site supervisors, ensure student participation, oversee internship and apprenticeship activities, and manage student evaluations. The OIFSP Coordinator will also be engaged with student recruitment, acceptance, and advisement and oversee students sitting for the Kentucky certification exam, as well as assist the Assistant Project Director and Program Manager as needed on OIDSP curriculum development, approval, and revision. This position will provide and support continuing education opportunities, help cultivate appropriate jobs in high need areas, and revise activities based on evaluation feedback.

Primary Responsibilities

Train site supervisors;

Oversee internship and apprenticeship activities, and manage student evaluations;

Student recruitment, acceptance, and advisement;

Oversee students sitting for the Kentucky certification exam;

Assist with OIFSP curriculum development, approval, and revision;

Provide and support continuing education opportunities;

Help cultivate appropriate jobs in high need areas;

Qualifications

Master’s degree and 2 years of related experience.

Microsoft Office, data entry, project management software, Qualtrics.

Must be detail oriented, posses excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
