Director of Institutional Effectiveness
The director must maintain a data-bank of information about the College including but not limited to the areas of retention, outcome assessment, funding, student population, planning and evaluation, admissions, registration, academics, business and student affairs. Coordinate development of strategic planning activities on a College-wide basis. Develop, analyze, and distribute research information on students, programs, and other institutions. Must have experience in institutional effectiveness, planning and evaluation and/or institutional research. Will also be required to perform other duties as assigned.
A Ph. D. or Master's degree required with experience. Strong quantitative/analytical skills as well as oral and written skills required. AT least 1 to 3 years experience in related field is preferred. Must be able to meet deadlines, communicate effectively and perform complex detail work.
