Regional Director for Online Outreach


Landmark College, located in southern Vermont with a national and global reach, is a premier institution for neurodivergent students who learn differently (LD). We are specifically looking in the Bay Area of California, to lead establishment of a presence in the region with a focus on expanding online dual enrollment and transition programs, with both supported by eventual creation of on-the-ground student support programs.

 Reporting to the Vice President of Educational Research and Innovation, the Regional Director is responsible for accessing regional educational and LD-related networks and developing relationships with LD-focused schools, home schools, public and charter schools, as well as other stakeholders such as families, educational consultants, and educational therapists working with neurodivergent students.  Job responsibilities include recruiting and relationship-building, as well as administrative duties such as budgeting, outcomes assessment, marketing, events hosting, etc. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of neurodiversity and learning differences, familiarity with web-based learning, a strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication, and good planning and organizational abilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS:  Master's degree expected in fields pertinent to the job description. At least three years of managerial and administrative experience ideally in education and related to distance learning, admissions recruiting, marketing, etc. Experience with secondary and postsecondary students who learn differently (LD) required.
