Salary Basis: 12 month

Responsibilities:
Serve the College of Education and Human Sciences in needed capacities and assume responsibilities as indicated from the Division Chair and Dean of the COEHS. The most prominent role is to serve as receptionist and first point of contact for the public, manage the division office and complete paperwork efficiently. The secretary will serve as purchasing agent for the Division and Child Development Center and bookkeeper and payroll processor for the Child Development Center, as well as manage student workers, process mail, and assist professors and students as requested.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience as an assistant in an office setting. Bookkeeping skills helpful. Good interpersonal, computer, analytical, and language skills required.
