Position Summary:

This is a research coordinator position for patients with cystic fibrosis who are participating in clinical trials. The research coordinator will participate in direct contact with patients during study visits. Excellent organization skills are needed to coordinate visits with the principal investigator, UW Pulmonary Clinic staff and/or the UW Hospital Clinical Research Unit. Candidates must be responsive to communication with study monitors and the Office of Clinical Trials.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required, preferred in biological or health science.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

1-3 years of clinical experience working with patients/families preferred.

The pay rate listed above is the minimum for the position. Prefix level and pay rate will be determined at the time of hire based on candidate qualifications and experience.

License or Certificate:

RN, RD, RT preferred, but not required.
