Forms Triager, University Health Services
The COVID Forms Triager conducts triaging of forms, communicates with faculty, staff, and students, and initiates contact tracing. The COVID triaging is conducted 7-days/week.
Duties include: Completes triaging of incoming COVID-19 notification forms; maintains current workflows for completion of work; coordinates with COVID triage manager to initiate contact tracing when needed; and protects and maintains individuals' privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and FERPA requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Proficiency in navigating computer systems with the ability to
learn new data systems quickly and to comply with HIPAA data
integrity and security to safeguard all personal identifiable
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, positive attitude and
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact
professionally with people from diverse cultural, racial, ethnic,
gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds during a time of crisis and
- Ability to show empathy and be nonjudgmental toward distressed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to design and implement assessment strategies and
perform both qualitative and quantitative statistical
This position will be established as a Limited Duration Appointment. A Limited Duration Appointment has an initial appointment period of 12 months and University policy permits an extension of Limited Duration Appointments on an annual basis for up to three years.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Medical/health background or experience; and flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
