Under general supervision performs a variety of HRIS and human resources state auditing and reporting functions. Completes state reporting for human resources department; gathers, develops, analyzes and verifies data and information. Serves as a back up to the HRIS Analyst.
Essential Duties Summary
• Prepares, completes and processes monthly, quarterly, and annual administrative and state reporting for human resources department.
• Works closely with the Sr. Associate VP and HR Director to gather, develop, analyze, and verify data needed for various audits.
• Responsible for maintaining a schedule and database of all state reporting and audits.
• Performs cross-functional duties with HRIS .
• Responds to complex inquiries.
• Assists with approving Electronic Personnel Actions Forms.
• May update employee records in the HRIS systems.
• Participates in HRIS meetings, including technical or complex information.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Range $48,273.00 - $60,341.00 Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
