The successful candidate will teach, mentor, and advise graduate candidates in the Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary Mathematics as well as the Master of Arts in Teaching P-12 Technology and P-12 Computer Science.

Take a leadership role in supporting candidates in math, technology, and computer science.

Provide service to the department, University, community, and profession. If tenure track, conduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.

Minimum Qualifications: 

For tenure track:

Earned doctoral degree in Mathematics Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related fields from a accredited university.

Minimum of five years of secondary math, computer science, and/or technology teaching experience.

Expertise in and commitment to field-based experiences.

Continual improvement and collaborative mindset.

For teaching track:

Master’s degree in Mathematics Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related fields from a accredited university. National Board Certification.

Minimum of ten years of secondary math, computer science, and/or technology teaching experience.

Expertise in and commitment to field-based experiences.

Continual improvement and collaborative mindset.
