Assistant Professor of Chemistry
Chapman University’s Schmid College of Science and Technology is seeking an Assistant Professor of Chemistry in Orange, CA. Candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Chemistry, including Organic Chemistry, Applied Computational Chemistry and Cheminformatics. Conduct research in such areas as organometallic chemistry, conformational analysis and cheminformatics, among other areas. Develop curriculum and prepare course materials. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions. Participate in faculty decision-making in department committees. Must have a Ph.D. or equivalent in Chemistry or a related field is required.
