Provides wide range of health care services, including primary or specialty care, autonomously and in coordination with health care providers and other individuals. Educates patients, develops and evaluates care plans, and prescribes medications and treatments in support of patient health and well-being.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Masters in Nursing, or Nurse Practitioner

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience in a mental health setting or three years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

Experience working with a young adult patient population or in a college health or mental health setting preferred.Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Masters in Nursing, or Nurse PractitionerDoctorate of Nursing Practice, Masters in Nursing, or Nurse Practitioner

License or Certificate:

Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Wisconsin to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber and must possess a DEA license

Additional Information:

Successful applicants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment.

A period of evaluation will be required.

A criminal background check will be conducted prior to hiring.

We are filling one position as either a Nurse Practitioner (PVL 218940) or Psychiatrist (PVL 219231)
