Olympic College is continuously recruiting for Instructional & Classroom Support Technician 1 (ICST1) Outdoor Recreation Trip Leaders. This position provides direct student instructional support for outdoor recreation instructional programs. Duties include preparing materials and equipment for use; assisting students in applying course work assignments to outdoor wilderness settings; assisting instructors in presenting course material to students; and setting up, maintaining, and operating specialized safety equipment in accordance with standardized procedures. Work requires technical knowledge hiking, backpacking, and wilderness survival and may involve a variety of disciplines.
