Job Description:

Lesley seeks an Administrative Coordinator - Field Training, who will serve to develop and oversee all administrative activities of the Counseling and Psychology Field Training Office (FTO), including data management, public relations, and trainings. This position is temporary and part-time - a maximum of 24 hours per week.

The selected individual, reporting to the Associate Director of Field Training for Counseling and Psychology, will provide a wide variety of high-level administrative support to the FTO, including project and task management; leading internal form development, data maintenance, production of all publications and FTO myLesley communities; providing support for students, clinical instructors and site supervisors regarding documentation forms, policies, and procedures in the FTO; and coordinating daily work flows and schedules.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have three to five years of professional office management experience with increasing responsibility for organization, communication and management of complex systems; the ability to identify, analyze and assess problems; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to sensitive issues requiring a high degree of confidentiality; and the ability to work independently and on multiple tasks. Strong proficiency in working in a Macintosh environment and database experience required; familiarity with education administration and/or counselor education a plus. Bachelor's degree may substitute for some required experience.
