Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for
a part-time, 10-month Assistant Coach for the Competitive Cheer
Team. Gannon's athletic program includes 20 varsity sports, in
which 18 sports compete at the NCAA Division II level.
Responsibilities include assisting and supporting the head coach in
relation to, but not limited to: team tumbling instruction, other
elements of team training, recruiting, and administrative duties.
Candidates must be able to support and promote the University's
Mission. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree; a valid
driver's license; working knowledge of AACCA rules and an
understanding of the philosophy behind them. Candidates must
successfully complete the AACCA safety course. Successful
candidates must possess cheer/gymnastics experience at the
collegiate level. Coaching experience at the collegiate level
