Associate Director, Career Coaching (MBA and Alumni)

The Associate Director, Career Consulting in the Career & Leadership for MBA & Alumni department is responsible for career coaching and consulting provided to the job seeking MBA student population and alumni at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. The 2,000+ MBA student population is made up of students in the full-time MBA program, Evening MBA, Weekend MBA, Global OneMBA and MBA@UNC online program, and the 35,000+ alumni population includes alumni from the UNC Kenan-Flagler BSBA, MBA, MAC and PhD programs.

The Associate Director will provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to job seeking MBA students, and will report to the Senior Associate Director of Career Consulting within the Career & Leadership for MBA & Alumni department.

The Associate Director will also manage and/or participate in several career management-related initiatives and events throughout the year. The position will work collaboratively with staff within Career Consulting, Career & Leadership Services, Employer Engagement & Recruiting, as well as numerous key departments across the School, like Business Partnerships, BSBA Career Management, MAC Career Management, MBA Student Engagement, Centers and others.
