About the Opportunity:
Work on a project extending WebAssembly into a platform for safe interoperability between different languages, with safety enforced via compilation to a capability-machine architecture (CHERI).

Responsibilities:
Work on publications, software development, and experimental evaluation for research papers.

Design and implement WebAssembly algorithms

Qualifications:
MS in Computer Science or related field

Strong background in programming languages and type systems, proof techniques such as logical relations, verified compilation, and experience with interactive theorem proving.

Demonstrable interest in correct and secure compilation as well as interoperability between programming languages.
