Job Description
The W. P. Carey School of Business Graduate Programs office is looking for a self-starter who is service oriented, dependable, and displays sound judgment. This position will provide administrative, operations and customer service support for Financial Services within the W. P. Carey School of Business. The Financial Services Coordinator should have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytics skills, keen attention to detail, administrative and customer service experience, as well as a strong interest in student financial aid. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service when responding to student financial aid and billing inquiries. This position is also responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks necessary to support operations of Student Financial Services and Admission Operations within the Graduate Programs Office, as needed. This position reports to the Associate Director of Student Financial Services.This position is based at ASU’s Tempe Campus. Due to COVID-19, all recruitment staff (as of this posting date) are working remotely. When safe to do so, staff will return to working on campus. Training for this position may occur remotely.
Essential Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three (3) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
