Senior Coordinator, Business Operations



Job Purpose

This position will coordinates the day-to-day administrative and project duties for Education Mission Planning and Operations under the direction of the Associate Provost.

Job Duties
  • Provides support for operations and project meetings, generate meeting invitations, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, prepare meeting materials, and setup meeting room setup, etc. as needed.
  • Assists with collection and compilation of information and data needed for operations and special projects.
  • Serves as a back-up to the Executive Assistant to the Provost, as needed.
  • Perform assigned tasks to support Education Mission Planning and Operations functions and special projects.
  • Coordinates and manages calendar, schedule meeting requests for Education Mission Planning and Operations leadership.
  • Prepares letters, memoranda, correspondence, and other documents in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Disseminates information and maintains files on behalf of Education Mission Planning and Operations leadership.
  • Process personnel related transactions in SuccessFactors, submit positions for approval through the position management process and coordinate with Human Resources as required
  • Serves as a back-up to the Executive Assistant to the Provost, as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree.
