Associate / Assistant Professor
(PR0052/20-21)
Applicants should possess a PhD degree with postdoctoral training
background in biomedical sciences, preferably with rich research
experience in translational research and drug discovery in cancer.
Successful candidates must have demonstrated track record of
outstanding research publications and competitive external research
funding. Previous experience as a licensed medical practitioner
(either in Hong Kong or Mainland China) and good English
communication skills are highly desirable. The appointee is
expected to participate in teaching at the undergraduate and
graduate levels, which may include biomedical science and clinical
courses.
The appointment will be offered on a tenure track with initial
appointment on three-year fixed-term contract. Re-appointments
thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Tenured
appointments are expected to be attained within six years.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and
experience.
