Special Instructions to Applicant:

We review the affiliate pool two or three times per year and hire for specific classes on an as needed basis. We interview applicants based on their expertise in the specific classes we need to fill. It is important for your cover letter to explain your experience and expertise and which types of classes you believe you are qualified to teach.

Providing specific class titles is very helpful. (See the online university catalog for a list of course descriptions.) In addition, please address your teaching experience. If you do not have teaching experience, describe related experience and skills that will support effective teaching as well as your teaching philosophy.

**Please note that we only contact applicants if we have a class available in your area of expertise. When a class becomes available, we contact the most qualified applicants for interviews.
