Job Description:

Lesley seeks a Senior Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions, who will serve to recruit and enroll qualified students for the University's graduate programs.

The selected individual, reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, will advise and assist prospective students with application procedures, the admissions process, and program information; assist in the development of the plan to achieve program enrollment goals; maintain records, create reports and assess recruit strategies; facilitate appropriate communication between prospective students and program faculty and staff regarding program information, application process, financial aid, student services and class registration; engage in enrollment efforts to meet the university's goals related to student diversity, equity, and inclusion; participate in on- and off-campus recruitment efforts, and identify and cultivate external contacts to increase student enrollment.


The successful candidate will have at least three to five years' prior admissions/sales/customer service experience; excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), interpersonal, organization and advising/counseling skills; computer/data entry skills, preferably Microsoft Office and CRM experience; ability to travel as required, valid driver's license and access to personal auto; willingness to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with some evening and weekend work; and have at least a Bachelor's degree.
