Qualifications:
BUSAD131, Managing and Leading in Organizations

Spring Semester, 02/7/21 - 05/21/21, M/W/F 11:45 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., Moraga Campus

The study of the structure, functioning, and performance of organizations, and the impact of psychological, sociological and economic variables on the behavior of groups and individuals within them. Topics include motivation, leadership, decision-making, power and influence, group and team dynamics, conflict resolution, creativity and innovation, organizational change, and managing across cultures.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field AND a recent peer reviewed publication record in the field.

OR

- A Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field AND at least five years of current leadership professional experience.

AND

- Demonstrated track record of excellence in teaching in the field.
