About the Opportunity:
The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department is searching for an Assistant Director of Graduate Programs to provide administrative support to their student population.

For graduate students this position will provide student advising and administration for the Master's and PhD programs for both full-time and part-time students during the admissions process as well as during their academic career at Northeastern. This position will provide administrative support to both the undergraduate and graduate student population in the department. Specifically, this position will oversee undergraduate course management.

Master's degree strongly preferred, bachelor's degree acceptable with minimum of five years' experience in a student service or related university setting. Computer literacy with mainly word and data processing software such as MS Word, Excel, Access or equivalent is needed. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communications skills (verbal and written). This position requires occasional flexible work schedule.
