Program Coordinator, Project ECHO
Location: Boise

Pay Range: $21.23 per hour or higher depending on education and experience

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for coordinating educational programs and special projects which promote and facilitate Project ECHO in the WWAMI Medical Education Department at the University of Idaho. This position offers an opportunity to participate in leading edge community healthcare research that extends healthcare to rural and underserved populations. The program coordinator will maintain the integrity of data collection and databases, maintain collaborative relations with rural community partners, organize educational presentations, and coordinate and facilitate information flow between ECHO faculty, participants, and stakeholders across the state.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in managing projects independently that involve multiple stakeholders
• Experience in editing and writing business correspondence using proper grammar and punctuation as demonstrated in application materials
• Working with and maintaining electronic records
• Experience in organizing and coordinating
• Experience in making administrative and procedural decisions
• Experience in investigating, analyzing information, and drawing conclusions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or three years of related professional experience
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Experience in clinical settings
• Experience organizing and coordinating educational presentations
• Experience with customer service.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly approach and appropriate manner with healthcare providers in rural and underserved clinics and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate best practice in disease management
