Urgent Care / Family Medicine Assistant (or Associate) Professor – WVU Eastern Division
West Virginia University is seeking an Assistant Professor for its School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine Eastern Division. Urgent Care part-time position will rotate shifts between facilities in Jefferson or Berkeley counties WV (currently in Sprig Mils, Inwood and Charles Town). Job duties include: provide clinical care to Urgent Care patients and teach medical students and family medicine residents; scholarly activities are highly encouraged. Positions are full-time, hours vary and include evening and weekend coverage.
Must havean M.D. degree or equivalent and successfully completed an ACGME certified residency training in Family Medicine. WV Medical License and DEA registration are both required by start date. Candidates should be BC/BE in Family Medicine.
