Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as our Director for the Center for Student Success.  The Center for Student Success (CSS) is a key component in preparing students to be successful educators by providing the students with opportunities to apply educational theory, demonstrate their disposition for professional employment and practice essential skills within a supportive learning environment. The Director is responsible for administering the operations of the Center. The Director works collaboratively with university faculty, administrators, staff, B-12 district personnel and other clinical settings to increase the learning potential of all students within the College, both undergraduate and graduate. Primary duties include administration and service functions to students, the university, and the communities in which student clinical experiences occur. Minimum qualifications for this position are: (1) a master’s degree in education or related field; (2) five years professional experience in an educational setting; and (3) administrative or project management experience.
