The College of Lake County is looking for an Adjunct Faculty, French. This position requires teaching beginning and/or intermediate French. Instructors with experience teaching online or a willingness to be in-house trained in online and/or blended instruction are needed.

Required Qualification

-Master’s degree or higher in French or Master’s degree or higher in a related discipline with at least 18 graduate credit hours in French.

Proven ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
