Rocky Vista University in Parker, CO has an immediate opening for a

Didactic Services Coordinator to join the Physicians Assistant Program.

The purpose of this full-time Didactic Services Coordinator is to assist the PA Program's Director of Curriculum and Associate Program Director in coordinating academic services for Physician Assistant students. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining accurate student records, compiling and reporting data associated with accreditation requirements, and supporting PA faculty and adjunct faculty in classroom coordination.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Support planning and coordination of the PA program didactic curriculum

2. Maintain student academic records according to program and institutional policy and create reports or proposals 3. Coordinate PA student calendars, including room scheduling, in compliance with institutional policy

4. Coordinate student course scheduling, auditing, and grade entry with PA program faculty and the Office of the Registrar

5. Coordinate with the Director of Curriculum to ensure timely and efficient distribution, collection, and analysis of course and faculty evaluations

6. Coordinate distribution, collection, and analysis of program surveys

7. Provide course-related support to PA faculty and adjunct faculty, including use of the learning management tools as needed

8. Coordinate with PA Program Coordinator to track classroom budgets, including adjunct and speaker agreement needs

9. Design and implement a system to track classroom supply needs

10. Coordinate and manage faculty advising meetings as needed

11. Manage communications with students through in-person, email and phone interactions



1. Proven experience as an office coordinator or relevant position.

2. Knowledge of program management procedures.

3. Knowledge of reporting.

4. Tech savvy, proficient in MS office suite of products.

5. Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.

6. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

7. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

8. Detail-oriented and efficient.

9. Proven independent decision-making and judgement, creativity in problem-solving; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

10. Knowledge and understanding of higher education and policies related to confidentiality.

11. Ability to synthesize materials and make recommendations to appropriate parties.

12. Strong work ethic.


1. BSc/BA in business administration or equivalent combination of education and academic-related experience.


1. Master's degree in business administration, public health or relevant field.

2. Experience providing administrative support in an academic, healthcare or academic healthcare environment.

3. Experience proofing, editing and drafting documents.
