The Graduate Counseling Program at Missouri Baptist University is now accepting applications for part-time faculty positions in the Master’s in counseling program. Successful candidates will teach graduate level mental health and school counseling courses. Classes are held in the evenings and offered in face-to-face and online formats.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Candidates must hold a doctorate in counseling or counselor education from a CACREP-accredited program by start of employment or must hold a related doctoral degree and have at least one year of teaching experience prior to 2013.

2. Candidates must be eligible for licensure as a mental health counselor or school counselor in Missouri.

3. Candidates must demonstrate a record of professional activity.

4. Candidates must demonstrate strength and flexibility to teach across the CACREP core, including both clinical and didactic courses.

Preferred Qualifications: Teaching at the graduate level is preferred, but not required.
