2. Reporting Data on weekly and monthly basis.
3. Ensuring the integrity of the data.
4. Entering data into TEAMS in a timely manner.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

3. Ability to gather and collect data and build Excel reports.

5. Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and embracing continuous improvement.
6. Willing to travel within the service area and to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
