The Department of English at St. Ambrose University, Davenport,
Iowa, invites applications for a tenure-track position in Early
British Literature to begin in August 2019. ABD required; PhD
preferred. Teaching load (four courses per semester) includes
early-British survey, literature and writing topics, and first-year
composition. Candidates should be actively engaged in scholarship
in their field. Willingness to teach in multiple delivery formats
(including online) is required.
