The Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida is seeking outstanding faculty members who are interested in starting/continuing a career in academic physiatry. The Division is looking for board eligible/certified physiatrists who are interested in joining a rapidly growing division at one of the premiere medical centers in the South and a top 10 ranked public University.

Positions available are in Neurorehabilitation, in the areas of Stroke/TBI and Spinal Cord Injury (2): An exciting opportunity to join an expanding program with a new inpatient rehabilitation facility. UF Health is expanding its PM&R and rehabilitation service lines with an emphasis on TBI, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury and Neurorehabilitation.

Responsibilities will include evaluation and management of patients, and the teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students. The successful candidate will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a commitment to academic physiatry, including resident and medical student teaching, and scholarship. Fellowship training or expertise in a subspecialty area is highly desirable for the subspecialty physiatry position. Salary and faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and academic qualifications.
