The College of Saint Rose is a dynamic institution of higher

The Religious Studies and Philosophy Department seeks a Visiting
full-time Assistant Professor of Religious Studies for the
2017-2018 academic year. This is a one year appointment, beginning
in August 2017 and continuing through May 2018. An additional
one-year appointment may become available in 2018.
Responsibilities include teaching 12 credits per semester of
undergraduate courses in ethics, comparative religions, and
mythology as well as participating in assessment.
The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D in Religious Studies or
Theology. Previous teaching experience in undergraduate religion
courses is required. Candidates will have a demonstrated ability to
work with and instruct a culturally diverse campus community.
