The Department of English at the University of Texas at Austin seeks to appoint in Fall 2020 a tenure-track junior faculty member who studies race, ethnicity, and/or expressive culture.
QualificationsWe are particularly interested in candidates with a terminal degree who work in Latinx, Caribbean, or Asian/American literatures with innovative approaches inclusive of disability, gender, media, postcolonial, or queer studies.The successful candidate will demonstrate a promise of excellence and innovation in teaching and research, as well as experience working with diverse students.
