Job Description:

The Center for Workforce Development is seeking an instructor to assist with a Corporate Training pilot in the Hotel and Accommodations Industry. The instructor will participate in the review and development of curriculum to upskill Housekeepers to Housekeeping Inspectors. The instructor will work with the college and the business to develop and deliver training in the areas of Management, Leadership and Supervision. The business will provide instruction in all matters related to housekeeping. It is anticipated that if the pilot is successful the training will be offered throughout the hotel chain.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years Experience providing Management, Leadership and Supervision training at the corporate or college level.
  • Prior experience working with corporate partners a plus.
