Degree and area of specialization:

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Completed accredited geriatric fellowship, and training in family medicine or internal medicine.

License or Certificate:

Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the geriatric population and for increasing the quality of care available to them. Candidates are required to have completed accredited geriatrics fellowship training. Candidates with residency training in either internal medicine or family medicine are encouraged to apply. This position will have clinical responsibilities at UW Health locations including the University Station (U-Station) Clinic and East Clinic in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition, several geriatrics patients at local nursing homes and assisted living facilities require routine primary care. As a clinical faculty position, the position will also include clinical teaching responsibilities and an expectation to participate in other educational activities in the division and department.
