Faculty, Business

Hagerstown Community College is pleased to announce that applications are currently being accepted for a Faculty, Business position.

This position will teach courses in business and perform other faculty responsibilities as described in the Faculty, Load, Promotion, and Tenure document, including advising students, marketing the programs to relevant publics, and performing college and community service.

Education and experience - MBA or master's degree in business required with a minimum of five years of business experience and teaching experience, with a preference for community college teaching.

Skills and abilities - Able to teach courses in several areas, such as business, management, entrepreneurship, and accounting. Ability to teach a course in business law is strongly desirable. Excellent teaching and communication skills required. Seek a person who is collegial and flexible. Must be willing to teach both web- and classroom-based courses.
