Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing.  This position is a probationary/tenure-track appointment with an expected start date of August 17, 2020. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate sales and marketing courses, such as Professional Selling, Principles of Marketing, Buyer Behavior, Digital Marketing and/or other core marketing courses as per the needs of the department. Additional duties include: (1) teaching effectively by actively engaging students in their learning through face-to-face or blended pedagogies; (2) publishing scholarly research or creative achievement to enhance knowledge or pedagogy so as to meet AACSB accreditation standards for our teaching focused College of Business; (3) participating in professional development activities in order to maintain currency in the primary area of teaching; and (4) actively supporting the COB mission and maintenance of AACSB accreditation. Minimum qualifications for this position are (1) an earned Ph.D or D.B.A with a concentration in marketing or related discipline OR ABD if completed by August 2020); and (2) two peer reviewed journal articles in the past five years, an earned doctorate in Marketing or related discipline within the last five years or currently considered professionally qualified by AACSB standards.
