The adjunct lecturer facilitates meaningful learning of the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively supports all facets of the learning environment. Provides education through learning-centered instruction that will enable graduates to fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations which can be translated into the classroom with an ability to instruct and guide students in learning concepts the hospitality industry including various aspects of running a restaurant, hotel, beverage and wine programs and catering operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build successful relationships with student populations.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in hospitality management or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Doctorate in Hospitality Management or related field
  2. Minimum of five years of hospitality industry experience in the management level
  3. Membership in a professional hospitality organization
