DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY, DIVISION OF GENERAL & ONCOLOGIC SURGERY

The University of Maryland seeks candidates to join the full-time faculty of the Division of General & Oncologic Surgery at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. Candidates should be board certified/eligible in general surgery or currently in training in an accredited general surgery residency or a general surgery sub-specialty fellowship program. Responsibilities will include clinical care of general surgery patients, program and practice development, education of students, residents and fellows and participation in research programs. This opportunity is based at the University of Maryland Medical Center, as well as affiliated community hospitals.

Applicants must have minimally invasive and open surgical skills, as well as research and teaching experience.
