Assistant Professor of Spanish
Marietta College (Marietta, OH), Dept. of Modern Languages, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Spanish to teach and advise undergraduate students in Spanish and Portuguese (beginning to advanced). Will work with partner institutions in Brazil to develop exchange opportunities and work to expand the Latin American Studies program.
Reqs Ph.D. in Spanish and near-native fluency in Spanish, and Portuguese; min. of 3 years of undergraduate teaching exp, incl. language and literature taught in Spanish at beginning and intermediate levels and Spanish/Latin American culture/film/literature.
